As one of the most established backpacks in Gregory's adventure collection, this ultra-stable Palisade backpack is a favorite among experienced hikers, trekkers and climbers. Like many Gregory pack designs, the Palisade offers three separate access points and a roomy interior that easily accommodates a tent and insulated jacket, so you can unload or reload in far less time than traditional packs that just have a top opening. The Double Box HT nylon body fabric protecting the Palisade helps reduce the overall weight while the rugged and waterproof tarpaulin bottom won't soak through during damp rest stops. The Auto-Cant harness system adjusts the harness angle for a pinch-free fit while the Adjust-A-Cant waist belt transfers weight without a bunch of sizing hassles. If sizing matters on the trail, Gregory's Palisade backpack is one of the best you'll find for dialing in a custom fit. It's a smart combination of ergonomic conveniences and backcountry features--key traits anyone can appreciate after a few days in the wilderness.
