Puff-Ball fabric?s cozy weather-resistant core warmth is now built from environmentally responsible 100% recycled materials.
Snowmen, snow angels and babies? laughter brighten winter?s grey skies. Our quick-drying, fully reversible and fully insulated Puff-Ball gear resists wind, chill and water so babies can rollick blissfully in snow, rain and glop. The vest?s shell and insulation is made from earth-friendly recycled polyester. Spandex on the waist and armholes holds the shape and reinforces end seams. A tapered stand-up collar keeps the zipper underneath baby?s chin and combines with a zipper garage for optimum comfort. Colorways reverse to a contrasting quilted side for a whole new look. Hand-me-down ID label inside. Regular fit.

This vest is great. I have a 13 month old and he needed a 24 month size vest, so I would go up in size at least by 6 months. I highly recommend the vest, great quality and nice look.
