Description

Designed for summer hiking and cross-country skiing, this lightweight Rocky Mountain High Gaiter™ features an easy-access Velcro® closure in front with variations of an uncoated and coated 8 oz. packcloth fabric design. It's best suited for dry weather hiking through muddy terrain or anyplace where the mud, snow or wet grass doesn't extend much higher than your ankles. Lightweight nylon instep lace provided.

great gators these gators keep the tics and mud off. Also. they're intelligently designed.. you can pull them on like socks, or unvelcro them and wrap them around your legs like a mini coat...

These are handy I found myself off trail on a nasty briar-deadfall mountain, although trail map said continue. What do you do? you pull out the gaiters and press on! It was hot and this gaiter felt fine on my bare legs. It breathed and protected my leg up to the knee. After crossing this segment, I rolled them off and folded them back into bag very easily.

Good Gator Good all round gator, but did not fit as well as others I have used (Mtn Hrdwr). It serves the purpose of a gator for general field use to keep ticks off.
