This weather versatility makes The North Face Meridian Convertible Pant an excellent choice for extended summer trips where climate changes vary significantly. Unlike the web-belted versions of The North Face unfitted Paramount shorts and pants, the Meridian Convertible Pant features an internal drawcord with a 3/4-length elastic waist for more sizing options and a little less pack weight. If you're out for the long haul, you appreciate this adaptable sizing feature when you're burning thrice the daily calories that you consume in the backcountry. Travel-savvy features include a hidden internal security pocket and a gusseted crotch for an extended range of motion.

Great overall pant! Great Pant. They were as advertised. I need to order tall sizes
due to the length in

always concerned that pants will still be too short. These weren't. They are comfortable in all types of activities...from camping, hiking,

Too small in hips Not made for those with a wider hip area. I received them and they did not fit well. Too small even with the measurements given. I was able to have another family member have them and they love the pants.

Love these pants I have 2 pairs of these... they are super comfy and convert to shorts, capris or just pants. I have one pair in the Long length, wish that I had gotten Long on both, but the regular is OK. I am 5'8 and a size 3 to 5 in junior sizes so I got the small and it is plenty big.

Great Product - Great Price I am very happy with these convertible pants! I wasn't sure by the picture if they would be quite what I was looking for, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice quality. I am considering buying another pair.

great i wore them on safari for 5 days and they held up great, rain or shine and didn't even look dirty at the end. they fit just fine and don't look bad on.

Great fit! This is the best fitting pair of convertible pants I have. They are a little less baggy than some of the other size medium pants I have. The drawstring on the inside of the waist is a nice feature, along with the buttons on the insides of each pant leg, giving you a capri pant option. I just love these pants.

Can't Get any Better I love the Meridian convertible pants. I took a chance I'd love them and got them in two colors; I wasn't disappointed. They are light, comfortable and are just what I wanted for travel in the summer.

great pants - shorts Great pants, comfortable, nice length and not too tight in the thighs as some others I've tried on. I bought these specifically for a tour we took to Asia and they went well through cool weather, rain and into the 90 degree heat.

Great! I always liked to buy Paramount Convertible, but when I saw this incredible price I bought them. I can only comment that it's an excellent product really, it's water resistant (in this season, days are very rainy in the south american mountains) and fit OK with your body. I have MHW's Canyon Pant and comparing them, I'd buy this same product again!
My last comment is about product image in this online store, it's excellent, you must only decide colour and you'll get the same one. Excellent customer service too!

Great Pants I generally don't order pants without trying them on first, but these fit perfectly! They'll be great for hiking in the Rockies this summer.

Great pants! I am in Guatemala right now, and these are working out great! I fell hiking the other day and made a little rip, but it hasn't gotten bigger, so that is a good sign. I would definately reccomend them. The only problem is that I think that the capri feature is a little low.

Great mutipurpose pants!!!!! Easy to convert -very comfortable. Used these hiking and flyfishing in Colorado recently. They are wonderful and remain very presentable even after several hard days.
