Ideal for adventure racing, speed hiking, cycling, running or cross training, the Bridgedale Men's X-Hale Multi Sport socks are designed to be worn with lightweight, highly breathable footwear in warm conditions. Anatomically and asymmetrically shaped, cushioned protection is targeted under the heel, ball of the foot, and toes for optimal comfort. Strategically placed light mesh allows for 360-degree circulation that promotes cool and dry feet. At the core of Bridgedale's Men's X-Hale Multi Sport sock is Woolfusion® sock yarn. A technology unique to Bridgedale, Woolfusion® blends Merino Wool with synthetic Endurofil™. The Merino Wool absorbs moisture while the synthetic Endurofil™ wicks it away. This provides long-term comfort and blister control for the feet by moving excess moisture away from the skin.

great sport sock The Bridgedale X-Hale Multi Sport Sock is really a great sock. They fit right, breathe well, and never bunch. They don't look like they will hold up to repeat hard workouts, but they excel and have held together surprisingly well. Great sock.

love these mid-weight socks these are pretty much 4 season socks that are great for trail and even some road running. The only days I do not want them are on the coldest or warmest days.
