2003-12-04good design, except the seat bottom cushion Good overall design, except the new 1.5" thick seat bottom foam cushion is uncomfortable. The bottom is made up of three pieces of .5" thick foam glued together. I was able to remove one of the pieces of foam and the comfort level has improved, but I'm thinking of removing a second piece. If you leave the seat on the canoe while portaging, the seat back will not fold down properly with the 1.5" thick seat bottom.
