Whether trying your best to jog two or three miles during lunch hour or upping your mileage in preparation for a big race, the Sure-Lace™ laces are a benefit every runner appreciates. They remain tied in varying conditions and assist with offering various levels of tightness along the length of the tongue. Fantasic Shoe all the way around The pair that I most recently bought here was my 3rd pair of the same shoe. The first thing that I like is they support the Kommen foundation for breast cancer. I go out of my way to buy items like this. The shoe itself is great for running, biking or a good walk because it is very light weight and stable. The arch on the outer sole has a hard plastic piece which keeps it from collapsing with wear which is nice. The heal maintains it shape and the toe has plenty of room. This is a very washable shoe. I throw mine in like once a month and they all ways come out looking new. Everyone knows that with exercise shoes they can't get a bit smelly but I have found that this shoe doesn't really. Anything that it does have comes right out in the wash. You want a good pair of shoes.... this is it.
