For those who push the limits and can't settle for compromises, the Burton Men's Ronin Transition Jacket is the answer for going further and riding harder. There's no question, snowboarding demands a lot from the clothing designed for the sport. The Burton Ronin Transition men's jacket does not back down from these requirements, offering the durable Storm-lite® 3.0-C fabric with highly water resistant and breathable stretch laminate for comfortable, long-lasting performance in demanding conditions. To further enhance the comfort, the ALS™ lining places three different types of lining material in various parts of the jacket. For example, in the jacket's armpits where heat output is high, an open, macro cell mesh is used for maximum ventilation. And along the sides, a micro cell mesh adds a layer of defense against the encroachment of cold and wind. For precise temperature control, the Burton Ronin Transition Jacket features Crossflow Venting™, a system that allows air to freely move in and out through zippered back-of-arm vents or through vertical chest vents. The vents close up tight for using the lifts on cold days, on the other hand they crank wide open to help cool you off when kicking steps up sun-baked backside bowls. Like most all Burton jackets, the selection of pockets on the Ronin Transition Jacket is quite generous. Bellowed, double-stacked cargo pockets allow you to load up on snacks, and an ATM pocket, Stash Pocket™, and Pass Pocket™ help you keep track of the small essentials.
