I love this shoe. It's a smooth ride in a lightweight package. As the description says, this shoe is for the neutral runner and it allows for a very comfortable foot strike whether you heel strike or midfoot/forefoot strike. What I really like about this shoe is the lower profile forefoot. I midfoot strike and this shoe is very comfortable for that. The heel cushioning is perfect for my stride. A nice little benefit of New Balance's N-ergy cushioning is that it is non-porous so it will not compress over time. This means the shoe will feel more like mile #1 when you are on mile #300 as compared to other shoes with porous cushioning (foams, gels, etc.). All in all, New Balance has a winner in this shoe.
