very good stability shoe

I have/had plantar fasciitis and these shoes were recommended by my podiatrist. I've worn several other stability shoes and have found these the most helpful. Before wearing these shoes I was unable to run and put on weight. I now run regularly and cross-train on a stair master. These shoes were a life saver. I used to wear a 10 narrow with just my orthopedic insole and now wear my orthopedic insole over the NB insole in a 10.5 medium and find they fit well. Minimal torque and excellent cushioning make these shoes great for women with foot problems and training-related injuries.
