While taking you down the trail less traveled, the ankle-height Nike Men's Bandolier II provides your foot a premium protection and comfort cushion to last from sunrise to sunset. Comprised of leather stitched with mesh textile, the upper gives outstanding lightweight support, and a precise fit on your dawn patrol start. A full-length phylon midsole provides enduring cushion as you take in the first morning light. Heel and toe bumpers protect against foot bumps in the dark, while a supportive shank between the midsole and outsole protects against stone bruising and minimizes foot fatigue. The Nike All-Trac Trail outsole offers exceptional traction on a variety of terrain surfaces on the way to a stellar Buena Vista sunset.
Worth the money
No break-in time. They have a great comfortable fit right out of the box. I've worn them everyday for several months now and they truly show no signs of wear other than the dirt, and I'm usually a little tough on shoes. I'll order another pair of these.
Great Nike Consistency
I bought these Bandolier II's for a recent trip to Colorado. And as anticipated, they proved to be as great as all my other pairs of high-end Nike running. They broke in almost immediately and are very light, especially for a trail shoe. The only improvement I would like to see is a little teethier tread. That being said though, I had absolutely no traction problems on both muddy and rocky ground and inclines during inclement weather. If you like Nikes, and already know your Nike size, these are great for the outdoors.
Nice fit; great support
A really comfortable "hybrid" shoe. Light enough for playing some backyard football, but tough enough for a hike. They are sized right and good quality.
