Nike Men's Free 7.0 Running Shoe

Great Shoe - Wish more were available in my size
This is my third Nike Free 7.0. My second pair was stolen out of my car. The Frees are great I've run in the 3.0s, multiple versions of the 5.0, including the 5.0 Trails, and of course the 7.0s. Ive logged major miles in the 7.0s, on road, grass, track, and trail. They're awesome shoes, sometimes even therapeutic. If I've twisted my ankle in another activity, all have to do is put on my trusty Frees and I'm going strong again.

This shoe allows your foot to function naturally, thus your gait is as natural as possible. These shoes really do build strength, and speed. The knock is their is not enough support, that's the point of the shoe, your body must adapt , thus it gets stronger while functioning as nature has so perfectly planned. Highly recommended.
