great minimalist runners
December 16, 2012
these are great shoes for running with a minimum of weight and bulk. And they're snappy for just hanging out as well! Only con is sizing--a full size smaller than marked.
Pros: look great, Cons: a full size smaller than markedLike Walking on Marshmallows

This was by far the most comfortable and lightweight running shoe I have ever purchased. The Nike Free technology allows for your shoe to contour to whatever surface you run/train on, while locking your feet down and providing enough cushion to avoid ankle injuries. This is the closest I have felt to walking barefoot with shoes on. Think about it this way... if you were to throw a couple bags of marshmallows all across the floor and run around barefoot, you may think you have these shoes on.
Pros: comfortable, excellent cushion, lightweight, Cons: nothingDid you recently buy the Nike Free Haven 3.0 Shield Training Shoes? Write a review.

These shoes have revolutionized the way I train at the gym! Very lightweight it almost feels like you are floating. Great for many different activities like basketball, tennis, etc. Awesome job once again Nike!
