These Nike shoes have textile and mesh uppers with synthetic overlays for a very breathable, glove-like fit, and they're constructed without any seams to reduce hot spots or irritations while you exercise. The removable insole is contoured to fit the foot's curvature, adding light support and shock absorption while the low-profile midsole doubles as an outsole with deep flex grooves and a waffle pattern for just the right traction. The integrated flex grooves in the outsole mimic barefoot flexibility and promote stronger, healthier feet, while an internal support system cushions but doesn't interfere with the shoe's natural flex.

Comfortable and stylish

Shoe is great, fit, comfort...however, not good to wear if it's raining or very chilly out. Breathable mesh makes it difficult in those conditions, otherwise excellent.

I had seen other people wearing these shoes and their positive comments about the shoes caused me to look into buying a pair to see if they were as good as advertised. Well after two weeks of wearing them the verdict is a resounding yes they are. best pair of workout, leisure, running shoes I have ever had. Nike has figured out a way to combine lightweight with comfort and durability. I would definitely reccommend this product.

Super light, super comfortable, and super breathable. I had been wearing a pair of Nike Lunarswifts previously, and the difference is night and day. The Lunarswifts felt more like an all around cross-training shoe, while the Free Run 3 is certainly a well executed pure running shoe. My knees and ankles are thanking me already.
