The shoe is extremely light while still maintaining very good cushioning. Fit is right on and durability is great for a race shoe. Highly recommended!

Decent Running Shoe for a Decent Price

The Lunaracer+ is a full coverage, lightly padded, and extremely lightweight shoe that compares relatively favorably with shoes designed for races from Nike's own line and other makers. I used them to run a 5K and a half marathon and the padding was noticeably more comfortable and stable than the Nike racing flats I normally wear. They've held up well to wear on daily runs and occasional races. One of the nicer features is the bright reflective material the shoes are made of, which seemed to make night runs a little safer from inattentive drivers. The Lunaracer+ seems to run a little tight in comparison to some of their other racing shoes, so consider selecting a half size larger than usual.Pros: lightweight
Good for the price, but run small

These shoes really are lightweight -- almost unbelievably so -- and you can feel it when you put them on; unlike some of the other Lunar series, though, they don't feel under-cushioned when you're on the road. They definitely run small, and you should order at least a half-size up. I wear a size 9 with other Nikes (Pegasus, LunarTrainer and Vomero), but on this a 9 is a tight squeeze for me. Not unbearable, but I wish I'd gotten them bigger. On longer runs they gave me blisters before I was fully adjusted to them. Less important, but certainly worth mentioning: they look really cool and garner a lot of compliments. I think it's the color scheme.Pros: light, cushioned, look nice, Cons: size runs small

The perfect running shoe - incredibly light, but with enough cushion to avoid sore knees. So glad Nike chose to bring back the original Lunaracers. Just hope they don't change them.
