I am use to longer fitting shorts, so wearing these has been a bit of an adjustment. I am 5'4'', 122 lb, usually wear a size 4 in pants. My measurements indicated a size medium, which is what I ordered. However, the spandex portion definitely is not constricting, I would prefer them to be tighter. I love the key pocket.
