my favorite training shoes

this is about my 4th or 5th pair of Nike Air Alvords. I love the tread on these shoes and the upper is warm, yet breathable. I'm usually a size 9 to 9 1/2 in regular shoes, but a 10 fits me perfect. I wear these for running outside and training at the gym (I did mention I have multiple pairs, right?).
Pros: lightweight, breathable, sturdy, Cons: they eventually wear out :(Great shoe!

I ordered this shoe and they have worked wonders on my feet! Fit true to size and very fashionable if you like to show off at the gym! Highly recommended
