Great for running!

I was looking for capris mainly for running and spinning, and I love this product. I tried them on as soon as I opened the package, and had to go for a run to test them out. They are extremely comfortable and well made. I love that they are made of a thicker material than many other capris I've tried. They don't show lines underneath, and you don't feel naked wearing them! The waistband is wide enough that it doesn't cut into sides, and they don't ride down when running. I'm 5'8", 135lb and I ordered a small. These are perfect and I definitely recommend them.

I think these are great capris for a variety of purposes. I mainly wear them for Cross Fit and for my circuit training classes at the gym. They would also be good for running and yoga because the waist band doesn't slip and you can tie it to adjust it. The material absorbs sweat extremely well. I feel that they help my performance in olympic lifts and sprints in Cross Fit because they give my quads and hamstrings support without being too constricting. They completely cover and go a little bit below my knees so if I'm doing lunges my knees won't get hurt.
