Great running with compression shorts!

I love the 2 in 1 Nike Tempo shorts. They give the compression and control but also have the typical outer running shorts. The compressions shorts are tight (thus the comressio...) so you want to err on the larger size if you are in the middle in relation to two sizes or you will see the compression shorts portion creep up. I love these shorts and have several pairs!
