Providing some of the cushion and support you'll find in a traditional running shoe, the Nike Free Run+ 3 Minimalist Running Shoes for women offer an ultra light alternative with their low-profile midsole that doubles as the outsole, reducing their weight and placing your foot closer to the ground. With a super breathable mesh upper and synthetic overlays, this Nike shoe wraps around your foot for a glove-like fit and has no interior seams that might rub or irritate during a run. The removable insole offers just a little support and cushion while the midsole/outsole has deep flex grooves for unlimited mobility and a waffle pattern for unobtrusive traction. While the Nike Women's Free Run+ 3 Shoes are not true barefoot running shoes, they do offer the perfect combo of support, cushion, natural flexibility with that super lightweight feel we all love.

Women's free run minimalist running shoes are a great buy. They are very comfortable if you are on your feet for long periods of time and also great for running and wearing to the gym. Also, they come in extremely cute colors so you can look cute and be comfortable.

The free run +3 shoes are super comfortable, it moves with you and is super light weight. I run 5 miles with these everyday. Best shoes I've ever bought and the colors are vivid and beautiful in person.

Cute, lightweight, stylish. However, not comfortable if worn all day... Also, due to fabric, not very "warm". Better to wear spring/summer when no rain..

Fantastic running shoe. Very comfortable and stylish. Fit is true to size. Great for running outside or at the gym. Good quality and very durable. I am a huge Nike fan and as usual, these shoes do not disappoint.

These shoes are super lightweight and comfortable. These have been my favorite shoes for running. Absolutely love them and am back to buy another pair in a different color. I sized up a full size for running.
