The Nike lunarswift 3 is a very light flexible shoe. It gives the advantage of barefoot running with sacrificing comfort. There is also arch support for one that needs it. I use these shoes for trail and pavement. I use them for all distances as well and will consider racing a marathon in them. I feel they are best suited for a light build runner or if heavy best use would be faster paced workouts when your looking for that extra edge. Great color combinations as well. Definitely a huge improvement from 2. Nice sock fit as well, no chance for blisters from the tongue. Definitely my new favorite shoe.

Overall a good shoe. The tongue is connected to the rest of the shoe so it is a little difficult to get on and off. Very comfortable for running-- Nike makes a great shoe. Also, great customer service from Altrec!
