Worked well
I have used a lot of leather conditioners that have not worked as well as this one. I had never heard of this brand, but thought i would give this a chance. I was happy with this purchase, as the product worked as advertised.

Excellent Product, Does What It Says
I found this conditioner to work just as described. I've used it on hiking and high-altitude mountaineering boots. It seems to repel water just fine. I plan to keep using it for all my leather gear.

Works on stiff dry leather!
We do water training with our dogs. Often my husband can't remember to use the cheap fabric leashes and collars instead of the expensive braided leather ones! This product softens and shines even salt-crusted leather! Great stuff! I use it on our leather chair too.

Works great, tedious application
The application method could use some work, but the product is solid.

great product, good price
Used to waterproof and condition Italian mountaineering boots (Scarpa) with high grain leather. Works great breaking in a stiff, sturdy boot. Also use Nikwax Aquos to waterproof - works better than goretex and feet stay dry in creeks, swamps, and rain.

summary of what?
Nikwax is what i use for all my riding gear. saddles-bridles-boots(horses and mine) and halters and lead shanks. leather still shines after buffing and it softens the stiffest leather while protecting it from rain and sweat. It is the only product i have found that does it all.

Excellent
I waterproofed my riding boots (motorcycle) and rode through a pretty heavy storm the other day and got no water on my feet. This is most impressive because typically when I get stuck in a storm I have to dump the water out when I take my boots off. Lets hope the tent waterproofer works just as good.

Good Service
The NIKWAX worked great. Altrec's service was also great. The order was right and it arrived very fast, but one bottle of Nikwaw leaked out into the plastic bag it was rapped in. Atrec sent me another bottle, but that bolttle leaked out as well! Carmen....
