Works well...
Have washed lots of down items with this stuff - jackets, pillows, sleeping bags, comforters...you name it, it works. I wish it weren't quite so expensive but otherwise great.

Does the job well
I have used this product to clean my down gear, mainly jackets. It does an excellent job. I would recommend it highly, especially if you have a front-loading washer.

Good and Clean
Liked this very much, didn't have to use very much product to get things clean. It wasn't too soapy and my coats came out very clean. The product rinsed out without leaving any residue and smelling clean.

Great product
Used it on an older down vest. Had some problems with rearranging the feathers after washing but overall very pleased with the loft and cleanliness.

Keep the fluff
I use this exclusively for all my down tech wear. It does a great job of getting the articles clean while also making the down fluff up again; restores it to better than new! Do not use regular clothing detergent on your expensive down tech wear.

Good Product!
Cleaned my down jacket well and definitely brought back the volume in the down insulation. The jacket is warmer now, then when I bought it new.

brings back the loft better then new
I bought this hoping that it would bring back the loft in my north face summit down jacket. Which was washed with normal detergent and never regained it's orignal loft. So I ordered nikwax hoping it would resore the loft, which it did and it looks like it has more then when i bought the jacket.Oh and it cleans the jacket as well.

great stuff
i used the down wash on my o degree winter bag and on my mountain hardwear sub zero jacket and it worked great.i dont think eather one of them had this much loft when they were new.

Excellent care for your favorite down bag
I have recently used this cleaner on my 0 degree winter bag. (and it was very dirty and odorous) After following the directions the bag came out smelling nice without any noticeable dirt marks. I used a commercial front loading washer and I hung it until it dried. Very good product, I have not noticed any decrease in loft.

Amazing!
I actually used the Down Wash Fabric Care on some down pillows. It improved the loft in them considerably. Next, I intend to use it on some down vests. If it works as well on them, I will be very pleased. Thanks for a great product.

This "stuff" is great. I washed a queen sized down comforter and a down coat and they both came out great. Saved $50 at least. Don't be afraid to try it. Just throw in a couple of tennis balls in the dryer to help fluff the down. The yellow from the tennis balls does not come off on the clothes in the dryer.
