Getting ready for the wet winter.

I've just started preparing for the wet, snowy winter of the northeast and this is one of the main weapons I'll be using. If it lives up to its press I'll be happy. I have a couple of soft shell outergarments that may need the extra help this year. I expect very good results.

I have been using TX Direct for several years now on my motorcycle gear and as long as it is applied as directed to wet clothing it keeps the wet out where it belongs.
Barely worked

I followed the directions meticulously, including pre-washing with detergent-free soap. Cycled to work in moderate rain - rain initially beaded more than before, but fabric was still saturated within 2 minutes. What a waste of time and money. I believe Granger's is supposed to be more effective.
