A Nice Bag
August 07, 2007
This bag can hold a lot of stuff in it. I recently used it on a ten day sailing trip and it was able to hold everything I packed and still had space left over. Only thing I wished it had was some straps across the waist.
Excellent quality and value

Very tough, very water tight bag. Shoulder straps are a nice touch. I will probably add a couple compression straps going around the bag, but other than that it is perfect. Very nice, especially for the money.
Great iSUP transport/travel bag

Using it as a bag/backpack for my inflatable SUP plus gear. Has held up well with airport baggage handlers so far. The straps and folding "mechanism" are very well placed and designed.
A Little Extra
December 02, 2010
As larger dry bags go they don't get any better than this. I gladly paid the little extra to get the heavy duty bag. Tough stuff you bet! From airport baggage handlers to wherever you carry or stow it. Fully adjustable carry straps - good closure and seal - but nothing is every perfectly dry on a rafting trip - so still plan on plastic bagging your stuff.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Performanceexcellent product

Very Heavy duty and price was half what I found available here in Alaska and twice the product, even with shipping included.
Holds a ton - keeps it dry

This bag is huge and it keeps your items DRY! Throw it in your raft/canoe with confidence. Check it with your luggage in the airports no problem. Carry it on your back down long trails - it is comfortable! No better way to stay dry!
Bill's Heavy Duty Dry Bag
July 11, 2008
As a Professional Big Game Guide in Alaska, I am very dependent on all of our Gear. I purchased 10 of The Bill's Heavy Duty Dry Bag's. I cannot stress enough how well made and tough these bag's are. We threw every element possible at these bags, Heavy Loads, Thick Brush etc.. I am extremely pleased with these bags and would highly recommend them with-out hesitation. The Alaskan Peninsula has some of the worst weather in the world at times, They performed flawlessly, Thank You, Don Willis- Alaska's Extreme Hunting

Dry Bag:
June 19, 2009
This bag is an excellent purchase! It kept everything dry in 2.5 inches worth of SW FL rain! This bag also fits as a backpack more comftorably than I expected. I advise anyone who needs a quality dry sack to purchase this bag.
The bag to get
December 29, 2011
I can fit all my camping and boating gear in this bag for a canoe camping trip. Like any waterproof bag I was worried about rips and tears on the fabric. So far it has impressed me. I just like when gear does what its supposed to do. The only thing I would like to add is a waist belt. I just rig one up but it would be a good way to keep the pack stable when carrying it on a protage.
Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Great value, Cons: no waist beltWrite a review for the NRS 3.8 Bill's Bag (Heavy Duty) Dry Bag here.

This bag is great! I used it for a Colorado River trip this year and it functioned beautiful. We had a HUGE storm come through, drenched everything and the bag kept all of it's contents nice and dry. The shoulder straps make it easy to carry along with the extras handles. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needed a large dry bag.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great value, great shoulder staraps, Cons: lacks a waist strapDid you recently buy the NRS 3.8 Bill's Bag (Heavy Duty) Dry Bag? Write a review.
Heavy duty enough to take the kitchen sink

Much more than I expected. Making your own portage trails in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area can be rough at times, but the bag took all the wilderness had to give. Not to mention it was a great deal.
