NRS Churchill Fins

best all round fin
I’ve had my pair of Churchill since 1978. I also have a pair of duck feet, and neofins, I always come back to the Churchill’s as the absolute best pick for quick acceleration and control. I even use them for lap swimming (although for lap swimming I whish it had a shorter blade).

Hard to Beat for All-around Water Sports!
I have enjoyed my one and only pair of Owen Churchill Swim Fins (green) for forty years, and used them to body-surf; boogie-board; snorkel; and just plain swim in a pool--and they are still going strong! I did finally custom-cut the rubber around the top opening to relieve some of the pressure where it meets the top of your foot, but as another reviewer has said, they are outstanding for quick acceleration. If you use them to swim the 'butterfy,' you'll feel like you could keep pace with Michael Phelps! They help an old guy like me feel like I can still really cruise in the water. I haven't tried the 'Slashers' yet, but if they fit more comfortably on the top that would be an improvement. Blade length would be sacraficed, however, the 'slasher' looks like a shorter blade.

I'ma retired Navy Diver who loves to play in the water. Unless you are going to do some serious freedive/spearo deep diving these are the BEST for body/buggie board surf. Gets you up to speed quick! I had a pair YEARS ago and was heartbroken when they busted (very old) ,but was very happy to find them at Altrec.com Great service.

very nice
these were great i use them whenever i go boogie boarding. they help me catch some pretty big waves, and they can help do tricks because they're not like all crazy big

pretty good fins
Good fins! Get you moving fast, but they have rubbed terrible sores around my ankles and top of my feet. Mediums were way too big. Altrec was very helpful in letting me return the fins and sending a smaller size, but the smalls were way too tight. Would suggest a size be made in between the two sizes.

Ive used churchill when i first started bodyboarding it's a good fin, then i moved to vipers. If i didnt have a choice of vipers i would choose Churhill

Great quality & design, but not for kids?
I wish they carried size small or even extra small. I teach swimming & I like to use fins, but these are to heavy for kids.

They're the best
These fins r fabulous! They taste great with mustrard and chives but if u grill them they r nice also. Great entrey!
