These water jugs are very durable (fairly heavy too). The caps/spouts seal well enough to store the jugs on their sides without leaking. I strap them to the cross bars of a raft frame. Pouring from the smaller spout can be a little tricky due to the caps getting in the way; however, this is a small price to pay given the attachment of the caps to the jug, i.e., you don't need to worry about loosing the caps. Scepter, a Canadian company, makes the original plastic jugs like these (they are even more expensive). These jugs are made in the USA by LCI Industries.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Cons: Cost

Great Durable Water Container

Built very tough, looks like it will last a very long time. Just used two of them for a week long camping trip in the everglades. A little on the heavy side, and pricey but I think it will be worth it for the durability. One note, make sure you position the caps correctly so the air valve is on the top, otherwise they won't pour correctly.Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Cons: Cost
