Wonderful snorkelling jacket
I live in Cold Temperate climate and snorkel in winter. The jacket is a great addition worn over a Sharkskin suit. Toasty warm in the middle of Winter. Highly recommend it.

Good fit, true to size without feeling the girls are squashed, free arm range of motion. Love being able to unzip off water.

That was a really nice wetsuit jacket! unfortunately, I'm a woman and even the size extra small was too big for me- RATS! It was exactly the style and thickness I wanted- we need one for women!!

Very warm and flexible
I tried out my new LL Remix 10 xp and this jacket last weekend and was very impressed with its warmth and flexibility. I went swimming accidentally and was cold in the water but quickly warmed after getting out. With this and a hydro skin base it made a very good combination to handle 40 degree water in February. Also it adds cushioning for impacts as I hit my shoulder on a rock. No skin break just a bruise. I highly recommed this for all cold weather paddeling adventures where you are not using a drysuit.

Great fit for chilly husband
I bought my husband this XL wetsuit jacket for his 6'-165# frame. The fit was a bit large but fine for his needs ... which is to jump into a pool less than 90 degrees and stay longer than five minutes. If he were plunging into some serious water, I think a size large would be better, just to get that tight fit.

This garmet in and XL fits a size 18 woman. The zippered front makes it easy to remove. Good for winter water aerobics outdoors.

Great kayak jacket

Nice jacket, a little stiff.
Got this jacket for whitewater kayaking when the dry top is too hot. It does keep you nice and warm, but does not overheat. It's a bit stiffer than a wetsuit but very easy to put on. I'm 5'10" and 160 lbs and a medium fit perfect.

Just what I was looking for
I was looking for something to keep me warm and dry while riding the jet ski at cooler times- this is it. I'm 6'4" and 210 and I got the XXL and it fits great.

Very Nice
Perfect for cool days on a jet ski. My only observation from a quality point is the way the sleeve zippers are stitched. I had to use some Goop to prevent them from scratching my arm when putting it on.

disappointed
this would be an excellent wetsuit jacket, if not for the fact that it is terrible if going UNDER water. the neck area is wide open and does not seal at all. so the superior insulating value of titanium, etc, is lost when water gushes in. i'm sure it is great for paddlers and the like, but not for wakeboarding, etc.. sizing was ok.

Great fit and warm
I purchased this jacket for use in a college pool that drops the temperature when the swim team is in season. The Altrec rep recommended an XXL because the sizing runs small. I usually wear a large in a shirt or sweatshirt, so I was skeptical. But the fit was just right. The jacket is warm and has made it possible to extend my swim season (otherwise I sit out from Dec into Mar). Only downside is that the jacket holds me up like an aqua belt, which has been an adjustment during lap swimming. Works great for water aerobics, however.

Great jacket!
Well made, zippers on the sleeves make it easy in and out. One slim stretchy layer adds enough warmth to make surfing cold Maine water possible without pain before summer really begins.

Nice quality with very smooth zippers, but if you use the NRS sizing chart, it will be a bit snug with anything worn underneath. Order one size larger.
