terrific goggles
Love the frame and H.I. Persimmon lenses! I have a pair of A-frame goggles in the regular persimmon lens as well but this fits my larger face much better, and I had problems with fogging between the lenses with that one. These lenses are even better (somehow I see even more detail in the snow) and the fit more comfortable.

Love These Goggles!!
Absolutely Love these goggles. Fit my face perfectly! They shipped super quick and were cheaper here than any other site by over $20!
they don't fog up and stay secure on my helmet.
I would absolutely (and have) recommended these goggles to all my friends!!!

Fantastic
Goggles fit perfect and never fogged. The key for me is good contrast in varying types of light which I seem to get from this lens. So far have used in bright sun, cloudy somewhat flat, and as dusk approaches. I highly recommend.

Great Quality
These Oakley goggles are exactly what you'd expect from an Oakley product - high quality, durable, and very comfortable. I bought these goggles because my old (non-Oakley) goggles kept fogging up. These goggles do not fog at all and have great field of vision. I also like that these goggles came with a storage pouch made of soft materials to protect the goggle lenses from scratches. All in all, I'm very happy with these goggles and am sure I will use them season after season.

Great goggles! No fog, Nice and Confortable fit!
I rocked the Oakley Crowbar goggles for the first time last winter in Germany, for three days. I loved how they just fit perfectly on my face and would never fog up! They feel really nice and comfortable, and it`s easy to notice the great quality of the goggles` frames and lens. As for the lenses, I used the persimmon at flat light and at night, and the blue iridium (borrowed from a friend) on bright light. Their quality is outstanding! I fell hard when trying to land a 360 out of a rail and they didn`t get scratched at all. And the field of vision on the crowbars is large, which I prefer for snowboarding. When I came back I decided to buy one of these goggles, so I purchased these with persimmon lens for the next winter. Can`t wait to start using them! I`ll also buy extra lens for bright light, but I`m still deciding between blue and black iridium. Both look sick with the black frames!
Overall, outstanding goggles in all terms - design, fit, comfort, performance!

Great Value
Goggles worked great while at Northstar in Tahoe! Very impressed, great vision, not once did they fog and exceeded my expectations for what I paid. Goggles can run a bit tight when worn with a helmet, but overall great buy for the money with Oakley's name and reputation on the product.
Thank you Altrec!

Money well spent
replaced a pair of Oakley A frames, the Crowbars have much better side vision. They work great with my helmet. I would definitely recommend these. Altrec is great to deal with.

Awesome Goggles
Awesome, just awesome. Used these three trips in a row and haven't fogged up once. Excellent vision and clarity, however, I would not recommend this tint on overcast days. Good fit overall and works well with a helmet.

Great pair of Goggles
The reason i was looking for a new pair of goggles snowboarding was because they would fog up all the time and i couldn't see thru them all that well. Until of course I bought the crowbar. If they get any moisture inside the goggles not even just fog like rain droplets just put them on and they will evaporate away. They vents are big and many of them so they work great. I bought them with the vr-28 lenses and again it's great. Worth the money my next one will be with clear lenses for night time.

Great Lenses
Oakley have the best lenses on the market. They don't fog up like Smiths and are consistantly clear. I've got a big dome so I use the crowbar frame. If you have a smaller noggin try the A Frame but buy Oakley's, they are the best!

Nice Goggles with very cool lens
This googles is very stylish and personally I like the color of the lens, it provide good protection from sun light and also very eyecathing on the slope..

Great Buy
Great price and fast shipping from Altrec. I used to hate wearing goggles because they were distracting and would limit my vision, the Oakley Crowbar has changed that. No problems with them fogging up and they look and fit great. Would highly recommend.

Crowbar Snow Goggle Rocks!!!
The fit of the goggles are great! I have a big nose and I always have problems finding goggles that fit well and don't let goggle fogging air in under my eyes. These do the trick and they're comfortable and fit great with my Smith variant brim helmet. Style is a plus!!

great goggle, never fogged up. i ride 50+ days a year on Mt Hood. the vr28 lens works good for days and nights too. flexible frame, just a little big for the helmet i use. ( bern)

Great purchase!
We ordered these to have sent as a gift at the last minute. They arrived in two days, fit perfectly and we had a picture of them in use on Ajax Mtn. Christmas Day! According to our daughter they provide great eye protection, work well with helmet and the anti-fogging is amazing. Thank you for speedy, non-complicated ordering and a really good product!

Best Goggle on the Market
After getting my first pair of crowbars 3 years ago, I will never own another goggle again. Oakley makes the best lenses on the market. Although expensive, I've never used any lens that is more clear and flawless.
Helmet integration is perfect as well. I've had Giro and Smith helmets, the crowbar fits these perfectly w/ no gaper gap.
Changes lenses is OK, it takes a little time. But the goggle makes up for this with it's over-all quality. I never get fog with these when I'm skiing throughout the west. But have had issues while skiing in Alaska, simply due to the high humidity and generally warm temperatures.
Smith I/O and Phenom are great googlies, but these take the cake simply with the lens quality.

Excellent Purchase
Great goggles! Purchased after reading all the reviews here, and was not disappointed. Purchased with the G30 lens which seemed to be a pretty universal lens for all conditions.

Happy with these
Reviewed a lot of different brands before buying. Have had experience with Oakley before, so I narrowed it down to the Crowbar. Excellent goggle and value. My Persimmon lens was perfect all-around lens for varying conditions.

I like this product very much.very clear vision and nice fit
Because I wear contact this product gives me very clear vision. They are good for me when weather very snowy. The goggle is very helpful

EXCELENT Goggles
Great definition of the slope on a cloudy day.
February 17, 2010
good field of view
I got the crowbars b/c I had the best vision "up and down" out of them. Peripheral isn't as important to me as being able to easily see the snow beneath me.
January 20, 2010
Solid Goggle
Solid goggle frames and the lens are what you make of them. I purchased jet black with persimmon lens but also purchased the pink iridium lens. The pink iridium lens are perfect for the East Coast cloud cover.
January 18, 2010
Excellent Goggle!
This is one of the best goggles that I have ever purchased. I would recommend staying away from the "Fire" lens. The different shades of orange and yellow on the ouside of the lens can be seen when looking out them. It change in color made me dizzy. Go with the "Black Iridium" which has a slight silver reflective color on the outside. The lens color is consistent looking through. Great buy!

I just got the new danny kass signature series crowbars and they fit great with or without my pro tec classic helmet. THEY LOOK SICK TOO!!
November 20, 2009

Good goggles for small faces
Good looking large lenses, the goggles looks nice and a good quality. However Crowbar model will not fit on larger faces, good for small face size. My old A-Frame is much larger inside and fits better.
May 7, 2009
works well
good fit, good flat light contrast, really like the strap with rubberized helmet grip
April 1, 2009
Great with out helmet
All the above but not made for helmets at all! I dont even know why they have the rubberized strap because you cant buy a longer strape to fit a Large sized helmet like most Adults wear.If you dont like extream skiing were a helmet is required then I would recomend them. You are better off with a A frame that has the longer strap. There might be a warenty about Oakley making the new straps to short I hear?
December 26, 2008
Sweet!
I didn't have any issues with fogging. Oakley's lens offers great definition and clarity. Fits comfortably, too.
April 14, 2008
Very nice goggle but only fits large faces
Good frame and padding, a great lens and a silicon coating on the strap to keep it from sliding. Only problem is that this design does not fit smaller faces. It pinches my nose even more than my older E-frame Oakleys.

Great Goggles
These goggles were great. Had no problems with fogging and the one time that I got snow in them, they quickly dried out. They also seem quite scratch resistant compared to other Oakley glasses that I have owned in the past. Good quality
April 10, 2008
Great goggle, short strap
I love the high-intensity persimmon lens. Great clarity and range of vision. My only complaint is that the strap is too short for a helmet. The strap is way to short to fit over a medium Giro helmet and unfortunately no accessory strap is available. I would recommend these goggles to anyone who doesn't wear a helmet

Red Goggles
Although they are not the most comfortable goggles I have ever owned; they are by far the best!
January 30, 2008
good
very fancy and chic
January 28, 2008
Great goggles.
Bought these goggles for my son who is a snowboarder. They have a wide range of vision. I have the A Frame model, and the Crowbar is equal to or exceeds the A Frame in design. I got the VR 28 lens; excellent in high to medium light, with a blue appearance; reduced glare well. I have always been impressed with Oakley quality, whether in sunglasses or goggles.
January 2, 2008
go for the A frame instead
I used my husband's A frame Oakley while skiing, so I decided to buy a pair for myself since I really enjoyed his A frame persimmon lens. I did not like the shape of the Crowbar as well as the A frame and the Denim band was not at all what I expected...the denim was a nice color but the left side had a pocket on it (like you would find on a pair of jeans) and the right side had a label (similar to what you would find on a pair of jeans)....it made it hard to adjust the band. So, I am going to buy the A frame instead.

Nice goggle
Short and sweet. The goggle is nice, but it is designed for a small to medium face. It fits over helmets really well and even includes a rubberized backing on the inside of the band to prevent it from slipping. One of the nicest elements to it is the construction of the band-to-goggle connection; it smoothly transitions from the side of the goggle over the side of the helmet. I ordered this to work with an extra large Red Protection Frequency Helmet (aka Burton) and it fit okay, but not ideally for such a large noggin. This goggle would work best for a small to medium sized face with a helmet small to medium.

Great helmet fit
Much better fitting than my A-frames with my Gyro helmet. Doesn't fit so tight against my face and the stap has not slip surface that really does stay put on helmet surface.
