Better than good
June 30, 2012
Looking around the web there were quite a few reviews focusing on their heavy weight, these people must be marathon enthusiasts, because that would most likely be the only time when weight becomes a issue. I am a lifeguard during the summer months, and these block out the perfect amount of sun, there is no day that is to bright when I wear the Oakley Jury. In the guardroom, I get compliments on the syle all the time, the brushed aluminum stands out! They do look a little more "rugged" than my previous pair of Oakleys that got stolen (Oakley Sideways), that is a half star off. The other half star is the rubber on the sides of the frames, which is also just a style preference. I have only dropped them twice, and are as good as new.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Great valuenice optics but fit just didn't work

This is a solid pair of sunglasses with my favorite lens options. But the fit just didn't work for my face. The frames are quite rigid, and on the other end of the spectrum versus oakley m-frames and other featherweight alternatives.

Bought these sunglasses for my husband for Christmas and he loved them.. They are very light weight and provide god coverage. I got the gray frames and the seem very durable.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, PerformanceStylish and Sturdy Sunglasses

I got a great deal on these sunglasses with them discounted over 50%. They have amazing coverage and look very stylish. They look especially good if you are looking for something that is more professional than a pair of sport sunglasses. They are slightly heavy, but they are extremely durable and well built because of this. The distressed silver color looks great and doesn't show wear at all. Overall, they are a great pair of sunglasses!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of useNot heavy

I don't what others are talking about when speaking about the weight I own nothing but Oakleys and these are maybe an ounce or two if that heavier. At least that's all it feels like on my face and I've worn these all day, they are very comfy!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Cons: CostDid you recently buy the Oakley Jury Sunglasses? Write a review.
Great sunglasses if not running a marathon

These sunglasses are great! Just had my original pair stolen & liked em so much, I'm ordering the same ones again! Stylish enough to wear for business, but no prob using on a trail run or when biking. They are nice & large - compared to my old Flak Jacket XL, they hit my cheek bones a bit when I smile big, but I like the extra coverage mostly. They are seriously durable - the frames on these will not be bending snapping or anything you don't intend unless you're pulling out serious tools. The only downside on these that I can tell is they are slightly heavier than a 0-matter frame or something of the like, but on normal wear, you would never notice it. On a 8 hour trail run, they got a bit annoying, but not anything that really presented a problem. Do yourself a favor, buy these glasses while still available!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts foreverStylish and durable

These glasses are lightweight yet durable. Quality that you expect from higher end Oakley's. The weight is questionable, slightly heavy but not enough to weigh you down. Don't plan on running 25 miles with these. They are comfortable for all around use, just not excessive exercise, you can feel the weight.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Cons: weightAlready own the Oakley Jury Sunglasses? Tell us your thoughts.

Good overall.....Reposl, Maui, Reptile, not the same league. Biggest henneries are bulking in retraction, and storaging them away....2nd weight the heaviest glass in have purchased in years. Mostly noticed during longer wearing periods. Current lens DARK GRAY in very dark transitions from out to in, bright to darker.....calls for removal of glasses. Still stylish and very solid.
Pros: Build quality, Ease of use, Great value, Cons: weight, lensOakley Jury Sunglasses

Good lenses and styling...this is me second pair. Great for bright days on the water, in the snow or general use. The only issue I had with the first pair was that one of the earpieces would pop off occasionally under stress. It pops back in without issue.....I think one of the plastic nubs holding it in place either broke off slighly or started to wear down after the first time it popped off.
