If you like your frames but your lenses are scratched like a used CD, buying replacement lenses is the thing for you. Installing was easy, but I don't recommend following Oakley's advice to pop out your old lenses and pop in the new ones. Grab a tiny screwdriver and do it the old fashioned way. The only word of caution with these lenses is actually a fault in the Square Whisker frame: the ends of the arms are what are scratching your lenses in the first place! I'd recommend putting some type of cap on the end of each arm to prevent scratching your new, replacement lenses.

These lenses are the highest of quality! Arrived promptly from Altrec and were packaged well. I simply unscrewed two tiny screws from my Oakley Square Whisker sunglasses frame, popped the old lenses out, popped these baby's in and I was up and running in a matter of a minute or two. My eyes are very sensitive to sunlight. The lenses are polarized, so all squinting goes out the window. These lenses fit the mold .... perfectly! Thank you for making my life easier!

About as good as you can get. Shipping was quick and replacement was a breeze. It's like getting a brand new pair of glasses for half price. I would highly recommend considering lens replacement over buying a new pair.

Scratchable

Plastic lenses and thin lens coatings are not as hard as plain glass-- they can be scratched relatively easily. As far as I know, this is just the price you pay for the light weight, protection, etc. these lenses provide. I appreciate being able to get new lenses instead of having to buy completely new shades. And believe the manufacturers when they say not to try and defog goggles with cafeteria napkins or your bandana.
