Great Sunglasses
I ordered a pair of these (in Cinder Red with the VR28 lens) and a pair of the Enduring Pace VR28 Black Iridium polarized lens. These are a pretty close fit on my small-ish head (although no different to the fit on the Pace). They look a little more sporty than the Pace, which are a rounder fit but they fit the contours of my face better and I want to use them for road biking so I'm looking for something that will keep the dust out. They come with 2 different nosepieces which are easily changed and reduce the bridge size and effectively lifts the glasses up higher. These glasses come with a pretty large hard case (as well as a soft cloth case). The case is actually 7.5" x 4.5" x 4". It has a fancy foam cut out to hold the glasses and another cut out for an extra lens. But it is huge (and white) so it's not a back-pocket kind of case. The Enduring Pace has a smaller case 7 x 3.5 x 3.5 but it's still white! It was hard to tell the difference between the VR28 Black Iridium polarized and the regular VR28 lens which was surprising since one is 10% light transmission and the other is 28%. They didn't feel that different even in our bright So Cal sunlight. (If you're looking at these compared to M frames one of the main differences is in the length of the arms. These are only 5" or so whereas the M frames were so long they stuck out the back of my hair!) In the end I'll be keeping the Enduring Edge but only because of the lens shape. Both are excellent.
