Kestrel 32
Used this pack on a day hike to the summit of Mount Whitney. Comfortable, great construction. I really like the adjustable shoulder straps as I was able to get it just right for my 22" + torso. The hydration pocket is also perfect, my Camelback bladder slid in and out without any problems. The only improvement would be the opening on the top pocket, just a little tight. Overall great pack!

Great pack for solid day hikes
I took this pack on a couple of day trips so far. There is more than enough space for everything you deem necessary while the hip and chest straps keep the weight of your shoulders. The AirScape backpanel structure prevents the pack from sticking uncomfortably to your back while on the move. It didn't rain on my trips so far but if it does the built in rain cover will stand up to the challenge. All in all this is a great pack for the price and a perfect match for longer day hikes or even short overnight trips.

The Perfect Day Pack
The pack is great it fits all of the things you need for a solid day hike. The hip and chest straps keep the weight balanced and off your shoulders, which makes a big difference when charging up and down steep terrain. Love it.

Great pack, great price and great service.
My wife and I like this pack.I bought the S/M for my wife and the M/L for myself. We are both in our 50s and hiking poles are a must. We like the stow on the go hiking pole attachment and also the flow through pack panel. Pack is just right for day hiking.

Best Pack EVER!!!
I took this pack all over the middle east (Israel, Jordan, Egypt). The back construction is unlike any other pack. Supple foam triangles with mesh suspended over. Lumbar curved for a feel unlike anything else. The pack is shaped so that it can fit through and into tight spaces as it is narrow yet long. It can haul an INCREDIBLE amount and is almost weightless when empty! It really is AMAZINGLY LIGHT. Add hydro pocket and a BUILT IN RAIN COVER, and you've got the best pack ever made! Oh yeah, Life Time Warranty too! Seriously the best pack ever. (Get the green one, it looks great too)

Really nice!
I bought one for my little sister when she went off to college, and when it showed up I had a hard time letting go of it. She loves it, so I got one for myself. I wanted something for her that would be great for a heavy load of books and laptop, but that would also be serious enough for a day or two of hard play in north Michigan in the winter. I think it's perfect for both, though it leans to the serious technical side. The quality, features, and fit adjustment are amazing! Plus, it's a really sweet looking pack!

Great service and great product
This product is an outstanding design. Only quirks are the seemingly long strap tails but a place is provided to stow them, and the small opening to the top pocket. The size is ideal for day excursions and ample room for hydration bladder, raincoat, lunch, etc. I plan to use it for long fishing day trips and can stow an assembled fly rod in the stow-on-the-go feature while tying knots and leaders. Quality material and comfortable fit. Airscape back panel is rigid and works well but not as well as mesh panels for ventilation, but the trade-off of internal space vs ventilation space isn't worth the mesh in a lot of cases. I recommend this product to hikers and sportsmen for day activities.
