Pricey, but invaluable
the OR aurora bivy is a bit pricey but stands up to expectations. used it hiking on the appalachian trail and certainly wasnt disappointed. i would recommend it to anyone looking for moderate coverage with very minimal weight.

Not waterproof
In the past, we have had good experience with Outdoor Research products. This is not the case with this bivy. During my husband's camping, he found the bivy not waterproof and not breathable. Disappointing.

good quality and design
light weight but still enough room to sleep comfortably and stash some gear. I tie a small piece of chord from loops and attach to tree branch or tripod to allow better ventilation and have had no condensation issues.

Great for any kind of sleeping bag!
well built, warm and totally water proof that you can enjoy the camping under any weather condition.
