Great bag!
July 15, 2010
My husband and I just took this backpack on a 10-day trip to Belize and Guatemala, and we definitely got our money's worth. On a previous trip, we used an OR drysack inside of a snorkel bag to keep our clothes dry while we were in the water. On this trip I snorkeled for about an hour while wearing the OR Dry Peak Bagger on my back, and the contents stayed completely dry. (I'm not recommending this, b/c I know it's not the bag's intended use.) We also used the backpack while kayaking and spelunking through Actun Tunichil Muknal, which requires a swim into the cave and several walks through deep water. The Dry Peak Bagger preformed perfectly. While it doesn't have many features, it is very lightweight and the outside pocket is large enough to hold a hydration bladder for hiking.
Glad I bought this bag!!

I have bad back and really can't carry a back pack. But then I agreed to hike hut to hut in the New Hampshire White Mountains. This bag was perfect. It feels great on and I was able to wear it 5 days without any problems. What a surprise. I'll be using it more now that I know I can really use a back pack
