Sun protection without overheating!
I was looking for extra protection for my neck and ears while sailing my catamaran. I got the coverage that I was looking for without the overheating I get with traditional baseball caps. The length of the wide neck brim does not interfere with my lifejacket and in heavy winds, I tighten the external draw cord for a snug fit. Another great product from OR!

Good fit and Function
A great hat to keep the sun in the summer and the wind in the winter off your neck.It also has a long bill to keep the sun off your face. I like it for when I kayak.

A light cap with great features
This is a great cap. I use it to play tennis. I did not know that you can have a drawcord for a cap and it is very useful. I often swing my head hard while playing tennis. The draw cord keeps my cap in place. The from visor is larger than most caps and hence block more sun light. I wish the back visor could be a bit wider to block the sun light from the back or side. The cap is also very light weighted. It is a keeper for me.

Great Hat
This hat provides both shade protection for your eyes and neck. The hat is designed for more warm to moderate climates. As expected, the quality is exceptional as previously experienced with Outdoor Research products.

Great sun hat
I really like this hat. It fits well and is comfortable but what I really like is the neck brim in back which is stiff like the front brim, blocks the sun, but doesn't get in the way. This hat works great for active sports like kayaking and sailing where larger whole head brim hats are just too big.

Nice, lightweight cap for people fighting skin cancers.
Very comfortable. SPF 30 is great. Washes nicely.Big bill and flaps provide good coverage for my face. Price was very fair compared to retail stores carrying OR caps.
