Not as good as original model!
I bought these gloves because I have had a pair of the previous model Extravert gloves for 2 1/2 years and they have been unbelievable. These look nice and seem to be made well (stitching, leather on palms, etc.) except that the soft shell or whatever kind of material doesn't look to be nearly as durable as it's predecessor. Not made as burly and no leather reinforcing right around the cuff, so I am returning these for another pair of the older model.

Nice gloves, but ...
Ordered these as light ski gloves.
The main reason - full leather wrap of the palm surface incl every finger (all previous the windstoppers are finished really fast with holes on fingers from the ski edges).
So, after 3 months of local hill skiing (where is no lifts actually, so one has to grab his skis and walk uphill, with skis in his hands - pretty serious durability test for sure) - no issues with rips or something.
Downsides: the leather part of the glove is not waterproofed at all.
Yes it's very supple and soft (like my girlfriend's casual leather gloves I think), and it is good for dexterity. But once you've touched the wet snow - enough, your gloves are wet.
So definitely have to be sno-sealed extensively right out the box.

Nice looking gloves for cold (non-windy) weather
These gloves really look great with the grey and black colors. They fit perfectly and are soft and warm. They just are not very effective in the windy weather, which is what i needed these gloves for. I was disappointed to have to return them but they just didn't hold up well with any degree of cold wind.

Very good gloves
I have had many pairs of gloves and now have found a pair that are warm for skiing (down in the mid 20 degree F) and yet very comfortable, not bulky and flexible. The big leather palm is durable yet soft. Overall a solid winner. I have tried to get these before and they sell out and I see why.

Thicker than expected
I ordered these looking for a light, dexterous glove. They are much thicker than I expected. I'd compare the lining to the bulk of 200 weight fleece. I returned them, so I can't comment on warmth or functionality. Just a head's up on the lining and what to expect. Fit seems consistent with OR - slightly more girth compared to the finger length than some other brands, so for me, less dead space at the finger tip.

Nice
Well made glove, runs true to sizing. Bought them for backcounty skiing and the mid weight is just right. Easy on/off.

Great blend of dexterity and warmth for active use
I was looking for a cold weather glove (20f - subzero) that I could use when active. This glove has good dexterity yet enough insulation to keep my hands warm. I have used it when driving and active outside in the winter for several years now.

Fantastic Glove!
This is a great glove for someone who runs warm, or enjoys taking their turns in the backcountry. The glove has a nice medium weight wool liner that provides great insulation, but not too much that you lose dexterity. It may not be waterproof, but if you're not out in the soggy weather it will provide more than enough protection from the elements. I would recommend this glove for a wide range of activities outside.
