Inspired by big mountain endeavors, the M's Mentor Pants™ are up to the most demanding alpine challenges. Made of bomber, abrasion-resistant GORE-TEX® Pro Shell fabric, these pants are seam taped for complete waterproofing. A high waist and removable suspenders provide endless support while the full-length side zips allow a drop seat for ease of use with a harness. A gusseted crotch and articulated knees permit excellent range of movement when the climbing demands it. Avg. weight: 26.2 oz./741 g (size L)

These pants are more a mid-level bib than pant. I took them up to Big Mountain this past weekend, where the temp was an unseasonable 35F. I was concerned about staying dry due to the warm, melting conditions. It was snowing hard, and despite snow turning instantly to water on my upper legs as I sat on the chairlift, these pants had no problem keeping me dry. It was the perfect test, and they passed with flying colors. They fit neat and allow you to move and shake with no restriction.
