The L was roomy enough for my noodle without wanting to take a flyer with a sudden gust. The brim is large & rather stiff, but can be molded with repetition. Fends off the inclement weather nicely, & the light insulation is perfect for Fall/Spring forays. A tad dorky/old school, but I like it!
