These babys are a MUST have if you want to keep anything that's on the trail OUT of your shoes !!!!! I wear them with running shoes to explore the outdoors and after approximately 80 miles of use I have gotten NO trail debris/sand/etc. in my shoes !!!!! Light weight, comfortable, cool, easy on/off. How sweet they are !!!!! Buy them and enjoy your outing :) :)
