warm and wind protective
The Wind Pro balaclava is very warm without making one sweat. It
fits well (not too tight so that one gets a headache). It needs to be
worn with a hood over it on very cold and/or windy days. I ordered two to start and liked them so much I ordered two more. Definitely
worth the money especially at the sale price. I've only had them for a few weeks so I can't comment on how well they hold up over a long period of time.

Warm Product
Okay so I have tried at least 3 different brands of balaclava's this skiing season and finally found one that stops the wind on cold breezy skiing days. I like this one in particular because you also have the option of easily moving it up over your nose or below your chin depending on the weather. Great product that delivers alot of warmth.

Keeps your head nice and toasty
I bought this for the cold new England weather, and it has not disappointed. Keeps your head and ears nice and toasty even on those below zero days. It also keeps the wind out.

Gift for Dad
My dad works outside in the weather so I bought this for a Christmas present for him last year. He says that it is very comfortable and warm. He also wears it while riding his motorcycle. It fits well under a hardhat or a helmet.

Toasty and Dry
I bought this for when I play golf in the rain or early on winter mornings to keep warm and dry and it is awesome. I will use it for skiing and fishing too. I bought some for my golfing friends too and they loved it when we played in the rain.

Great Balacava
Great, warm. It was exactly what I wanted. I am going to the winter Olympics in Canada in a few weeks and I know it will do what it is supposed to.

Works great!!!
My husband needs something to cover his mouth while in extreme cold due to an illness.(copd)This is superb. I have even used it to go out of doors to do chores.

Comfortable and Warm
I bought this balaclava for winter camping and mountain climbing. It blocks wind effectively, covering the mouth and jaw. I can sleep with it, as the fabric feels warm and smooth ( not prickly as a previous woolen balaclava ). This is important in cold weather camping. A worthy purchase made worthier by Altrec's great online service.

WARM AND BREATHABLE
I love this thing. Have worn it running in colder weather, and used it in a blinding snowstorm while riding at Kirkwood, CA. Didn't ice up, kept me warm, and fit under my helmet.

It's Worth the Purchase
I bought this as part of my business casual winter outerwear (I live in southeastern Pennsylvania) and it performs well. It covers the lower jaw and mouth or can be stretched underneath the jaw, depending on personal preference. Most importantly it blocks and wind and the material won't pill or fray, which was the problem with my previous balaclava.

Great product
Wind Pro material works well to block the wind. Extremely soft and comfortable on the inside with low bulk and weight. The design and fit of the balaclava is great. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a wind blocking balaclava.
