Excellent Mitt
January 18, 2011
I've tried several high-priced gloves, this one is the only one well worth the price. I use for bitter cold when shoveling snow or making a snowman. I recommend highly.
warm, but not flexible at all

I bought these for a Kilimanjaro climb & though they were warm enough, I could not grasp my much needed hiking poles. I wound up not using them due to their restricting movement.
pretty good

I'm size Small but received a Large size in stead by mistake. Well, by getting two size larger, I can put on thick wool under glove and fit just right. The glove is a lot thicker than I expected but it feels very warm.
great, but not for skiing

These mittens are very warm, but beward that there is so much insulation that you can't hold a ski pole with them.
Wonderful mittens, depending on what you need them for

The mittens are bulky so they are not good for gripping thin items. However, they work wonderfully at keeping my chronically cold hands nice and warm. (I use them in commuting to work - driving and waiting for public transportation).

The mittens not only kept my fingers warm, the shell doubled as an "ambu" bag when one of our family members experienced hyperventilation while skiing Peak to Creek at Whistler,BC following a night of drinking! 2010 Olympics
