bought this for my wife who is very petite but it was too small. My 9 yr old daughter tried it on and loved it. She says its very warm and she likes the look. Deal of the day made it worth it.

Smaller than expected

This is the first beanie I've had that seems especially small. I have a pretty small head, and usually I can put my hair up in a bun inside most beanies with room still to spare. With this beanie, my hair barely fits and then I have to tug the hat down and stretch it a bit. It's doable, given that knit hats stretch. But I would've preferred to have the hat just a tad bigger. Otherwise, it feels like a sturdy and well-made hat -- yarns feel strong and thick, and knit in a fairly tight weave. I love the teal color (neptune/mist), which is pretty much as pictured.

The perfect ski hat

This hat is cozy and stylish. The fleece lining keeps your ears warm and stops your forehead from itching. The fit is snug but not too tight. I'm completely happy with it!

Should work well

nice color (I purchased the teal/blue) and fits well. Should keep my ears warm on the ski hill. Only thing I wish they would have done is line the entire hat with fleece, not just an ear band.
