The PL150 gloves was a design for the USMC and at one time not avalible to the public and only avalible in XL and very hard to put your hands on, What a surprise to find Altrec carrying this item, This is and excellent light glove and glove liner for overgloves and to find it in a womens size for my wife which was size small was "Fantastic" Excellent fit, Very well suited for light to very cool weather and will hold up in the long run, You cant go wrong if this is what you are looking for, O Yeah "Very Soft to the feel", Do your wifes hands a favor, BUY these.............
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Lasts forever, Performance, Ease of use, Great valueBest gloves ever

This is my second pair of OR gloves and I love them. They are form fitting and have a firm but not too tight feel on the hand. The thumb and index finger tips have a small amount of some type of sticky surface so using them to drive or grab things is very very easy. The first pair of OR gloves I have do not have this feature and it makes a world of difference. I wore these under my snow gloves this weekend digging out from a foot of snow in -0 temps and my hands were warm and toasty. I plan to purchase more OR products top notch!
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of useAlready own the Outdoor Research PL 150 Gloves? Tell us your thoughts.

I bought these as a gift for my fiancee and she loves them. They fit great and she says they keep her hands nice and warm. She wears them primarily as a liner in some heavy duty ski mittens, but she also wears them just by themselves. They seem to be very well-made.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Great valuePerfect for my needs

I took a bunch of glove/mitten options to Antarctica. My favorites were wool fingerless gloves from my dad and the OR 150 glove liners. I layered them many ways: wool gloves - 150's - insulated leather gloves, 150's - insulated leather gloves, 150's - mittens, etc. When I had to do "fine" work, I could take off the outer coverings and the 150's were perfect due to their close fit. And I could still wear the wool gloves under them.
