Perfect lightweight jacket!
May 05, 2011
I was looking for a light jacket to wear on morning runs when it is still cool. But I was tired of wearing light fleece, as I get too hot. Here in Oregon, there is always a chance of a shower, so I wanted some protection. This jacket absolutely fits the bill. Very light weight, not clingy, breathes well, smooth on your skin. It is long enough that I can wear it on my bike too, no problem. Has a pocket in the back and also on on the chest which is nice. The best thing is the whole jacket easily stuffs into that pocket, and is about 2x4", and just a few oz. I have thrown this into a small day pack for several hikes and it is great to put on at the summit, so you don't cool off too much, blocks the breeze. So small and light. The color is great, almost a teal blue, and it has reflective tape, but not overdone, just right. The quality also feel substantial. I am 5'8", 140, and I got the large to be able to wear layers underneath. Good overall fit. This is a very nice product. I recommend it as a super light rain and wind resistant layer.
Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Great value
