Good and bad...
The good is: the glue seem to hold well after a few salt water uses and a couple of days of rain. (Since installing them the have basicly been permenantly wet for a week.) The bad is: no directions on the package; so I installed them backwards. (Thanks - Pad-z. One sentence of direction on the package would have been REALLY helpful.)
