Spyder Stinger Shell Pant (OLD):
Depending on how you layer beneath the Stinger Shell, these durable and waterproof pants are everything you need from the first day of the season to the day you opt to ski in shorts (just watch those knees on the hardpack). The rugged nylon faille fabric is treated with a special waterproof XT™ 5,000 coating that has a breathable rating of 5000 g. per square meter in a 24-hour period. Unlike other shell pants that have a mesh lining or no lining at all, the Stinger features a soft and smooth web embossed taffeta lining inside so you could comfortably wear a pair of shorts beneath these pants until the spring sunshine heated up the corn. Convenient snap tab waist adjustments make it easy to adjust from several layers of fleece to silkweight pants.
