So disappointed!

I have been eyeing up these boots for a couple of years now, and finally bought a pair when my other winter boots finally gave out. Some of the reviews I read on the Patagonia website said that the boot was snug in the ankle, and some buyers couldn't even get it up over their ankle, but since other reviews were good I bought the boots. Well, I have a size 7.5 narrow foot, and I ordered a size 8 and couldn't get the boots over my foot even with the help of another person! I was very disappointed, as they otherwise seem like the standard quality of Patagonia and are very cute. Bummer!
