This is a great jacket for our daughter. She has a different bigger bulky coat for winter and she hates wearing it. This seems expensive for a toddler but it is awesome and very warm. As always, you cannot go wrong with Patagonia. Jacket fits true to size.
great down sweater for kids!

Cute Down Jacket for Active Toddler
December 18, 2012
This jacket is perfect for Toddler's that love the outdoors! It is both lightweight and cute. I would order a size down (e.g. Gymboree size 4t, so I ordered a 3t in this jacket). The Rubelita color is pretty, and will hide all the dirt marks.

Just got this jacket for my 6 month old. It keeps him warm and cozy without the bulk of most jackets which allows him to move around with ease. The quality is also great as expected. Worth every penny.
Worth the price

I bought this jacket for my nephew on his birthday. It is extremely warm while not being bulky. Most down jackets usually appear to be bulky, but this one was perfect while keeping him comfortably warm!Pros: Great design, Build quality

Love this lightweight down coat

I bought this for my 21 lb 15 month old son. I went with a size 2T hoping that he can use it this winter, but also next. Wow, I love it. The sleeves are a tad long, as to be expected since I went up a size. It is adorable and we get lots of compliments. The green color is nice, not as tacky as some other shades. The thing I like best is that it squishes down and he can wear it in his car seat without intruding on safety. He has bigger, puffier down coats that are too bulky in the car seat. Also, he can probably use this in the spring/fall as well. I don't think it is intended for long periods out in the snow. This is more of a day to day winter coat. Love it so much I went and bought my 3 year old the same coat in blue in size 4T. Worth the money for sure!!

This sweater will sure have my little girl looking stylish and staying comfortably warm this winter! This is a well made infant sweater. I want to emphasize sweater because it is a bit thinner than I anticipated but I'm confident it will get the job done. Don't hesitate. This was a good deal on a quality piece of baby gear. You won't regret it.Pros: Build quality
Warm, durable jacket for cold, snowy winters
January 24, 2013
I've purchased 7 of these (for 3 sons) and they are great: excellent as layering pieces, hold up well over the years despite daily wear and hard play, so easy to zip a 3-year-old can do it, solid construction - no trail of feathers indicating down leakage, and machine washable. This morning, it was 7 degrees outside, and we bundled up with the Patagonia Down Sweater as the outermost layer and ventured into the icy cold. It wasn't tropical, but it was warm enough. The zippered pockets are a nice feature. The new Railroad Blue is very attractive. Now the other two want new blue jackets.Pros: Build quality, Lasts forever, Ease of use, Great value, easy to clean, Cons: expensive

I purchased a Patagonia baby down sweater jacket for one of my nephews as a gift. Very cut, just like mom and dads but mini sized. I purchased a 3 month size but it is too big and probably won't fit until 6 months old. Would highly recommend, it is very nicely made. Needless to say mom and dad can't wait to have there little dude wearing this jacket!Pros: Great design, Lasts forever, Cons: Cost
Great jacket even for the young ones

The bubble jacket which I've worn for many years and wanted to get the same one for my child. This one did that for me. It's very light and very warm. The only downside that I can think of is that some kids tend to run a bit wild and the jacket can catch a sharp edge and rip. However, if you add another layer of outer shell jacket it can easily fix that issue.Pros: Great design, Build quality, Performance, Ease of use, Great value
