The colorful hard face exterior on Patagonia's R2® Granular Jacket gives you better wind resistance and layering versatility than traditional open knit fleece insulators. Along the inside you'll find a directional knit construction that pulls moisture away from your skin to help you stay dry up winding switchbacks. An offset zipper along the collar and fold-over protective cover helps keep your chin scratch-free. Along the upper left sleeve you'll find a small pocket for your skiing two-way radio or a couple of energy bars.
